"This thing we're doing here, you, me. I'm in. I am all in." -Luke Danes
A little while ago I got to spend a Saturday morning with some friends, documenting their lives before their first newbie arrives later on this month.
We talked a lot about what their session would look like, and they told me that their normal Saturdays were usually spent getting coffee and walking around their favorite spot at the local university. So I met them at their house, captured some of them getting ready to head out, and off we went.
Funny story about this steam coming up from the sewers. As we walked past the hubs started laughing, and they told me about the first time he brought his sweet new bride to this spot. This guy is a huge trickster, and he knew she trusted him completely, without question. So he decided to play a prank on her and told her that the steam coming up was poisonous gas and they had to hold their breath as they walked by so they wouldn't get poisoned. He looked back and there she was, holding her breath, walking behind him as fast as she could to escape the poisonous gas. Sweet girl... little did she know, that was the beginning of a lifetime of pranks from this dude.
You'll be seeing this sweet little family more throughout the next year because they're taking part in a new package I'm offering called "Everyday Throughout A Year."
Included in the package are 4 2 hour documentary style sessions to showcase the life of a family throughout a whole year. Session ideas could be maternity, birth/hospital, newborn, milestones (sitting, crawling, walking) and first birthday.
It doesn't have to be baby related though! This would be a fun way to document anything for a year throughout the seasons... Spring, Summer, Fall, & Winter! It's fun to see how we all change over the course of time, so this package aims to document all the beauty we forget to see.
These packages would be amazing gifts for new parents, a gift they'd truly treasure. They'd also make wonderful yearly family photo albums to keep for yourself or to give to grandparents and family at the end of the year for holidays!
